Pare sarà fatto un REFERENDUM tra le EDUCATRICI per COSTATARNE IL GRADO DI GRADIMENTO ... in quanto quella appena apposta pare essere una "firma tecnica" da convalidare dopo il parere del personale coinvolto ...

Per quanto possa essere probabile un ritorno sui propri passi in caso di parere contrario ... vorrei evidenziare una sostanziale differenza ... chi ha voglia/bisogno .... ecc di lavorare tutto il mese di Luglio ... sarà "gratificato" ... le altre .... cornute e mazziate !!!

Il personale educativo in ruolo nella Scuola dell'Infanzia è all'incirca 1900 ... sommando il personale necessario per coprire entrambe le quindicine il risultato è 1100 educatrici!!! ... in pratica è già una grazia se riescono a non lavorare le poverelle che hanno lavorato gratis l'anno scorso ... se a ciò aggiungiamo maternità ... pensionamenti ... aspettative varie ... altro che gradutoria cittadina....! QUI LAVORIAMO TUTTE!!!

Stesso anzi Molto Peggio il discorso per gli Asili Nido : Totale personale educativo in ruolo: 1100 Bisogno per entrambe le quindicine all'incirca 1000 ... in pratica tutte ... e tutti gli anni!!!

Aggiungo che la presenza del personale precario è estremamente ridotta dopo le numerose stabilizzazioni degli ultimi anni.

Vogliamo dire l'ennesimo SI??? ... I prossimi saranno Natale ... Pasqua ... I Sabati e sempre più giù nel baratro del PARCHEGGIO E DELLA DEMOTIVAZIONE TOTALE!!!
